Each teaching parent will receive full access to one of our education support experts. This will be your point of contact for anything from questions to complaints. Their job is to guide you on your journey, help you with something you might not understand, research legal issues, check up on your student's progress, make sure you don't need additional materials, rush them out if you do, ensure customer satisfaction and simply just to be in your corner anytime you need them.
You will have your expert's company cell phone number to call or text as well as their email address. Your expert will check up on you monthly. But feel free to contact them anytime.
We provide this service because we never want you to feel like you are alone in your homeschooling endeavor. We want to make your experience as easy as possible.
